Anyway, this poor girl in New Zealand was so embarrassed by her name that not even her closest friends knew what it was. Instead, everyone called her "K."
A judge has made her a ward of the court so that her name could be changed, and has said
"The court is profoundly concerned about the very poor judgment which this child's parents have shown in choosing this name..."
Poor girl. Any crazy baby names that have made you do a double take?

when I worked as a bank teller in college, I had a customer named Berth Wright.
This next one you probably will not. believe, but I swear it is the truth. We also had an Asian customer by the name of Man Hung Lo. I kid you not.
How funny! I once knew a guy whose last name was Pigg. He always said that he was going to name his daughter Ima, so that when people made fun of her they were making fun of themselves, too. Not sure if he ever did.
Oh, I once went on a date with a guy named Carry Forth. He said he was going to name his first child One. I forgot about that!
